Borde det inte vara självklart att man skall vara medborgare i landet när man väljer sina representanter som skall styra landet. Om vem som helst kan rösta så öppnar det ju för valfusk. Dessutom borde det finnas krav på att man varit medborgare under minst en valperiod och att man skall kunna språket så att man har kunnat följa debatten och förstå politiken.
